Dan Webb

Murray Graham
AviationSMS Consultant
Murray has been part of the QAOSH team since 2007, and is at present flying on Boeing 787s.
Murray gained his PPL in the mid 1980’s, and his first aviation job was with Air NZ as mail boy, moving onto aircraft records. From there he worked in the Civil Aviation Department (now Airways New Zealand) as a Flight Service Officer.
He gained his CPL in the late 1980’s and commenced part-time commercial flying for various aviation organisations around lower North Island and Paraparaumu.
Murray started full time flying in the mid 1990’s, flying various aircraft types from the Cessna Caravan to Metroliner, and early 2000’s moved up to the ATR-72.
From 2004, was employed by the Air New Zealand group flying Boeing 737, Airbus A320 and now Boeing 787s.
Richard Poff
AviationSMS Consultant
Richard joined the QAOSH AviationSMS team in 2018, and supports several Southland helicopter operators as a Senior Person for QA and Safety Manager, and assisted those companies through SMS Certification.
Jeff Graham
AviationSMS Consultant
Jeff has nearly 40 years of aviation experience and been part of the QAOSH team since 2017, currently holding the Safety Manager role for Barrier Air and Golden Bay Air.
Prior to that, Jeff worked as a Flight Operations Inspector for the NZ CAA for nearly 25 years following his flying career in New Zealand, Australia and Fiji.
Based in Kapiti, Jeff has a passion for supporting fixed wing small- and medium-sized air operators across Central and Northern New Zealand.
Jason Lush
AviationSMS Consultant
Jason started his aviation career as a Navigator / Air Warfare Officer on the RNZAF P-3 Orion. In addition to operational flying around NZ and the globe, across 15 years of service Jason also spent time in instructional, operational planning and project management roles.
He spent several years in the USA test flying aircraft systems as part of a major upgrade to the P-3, and during this time gained valuable experience in the development and conduct of acceptance test plans, training packages and operating procedures.
The early adoption by the RNZAF of SMS principles has allowed Jason to bring a wealth of SMS experience to the GA sector.
Jason is now an active helicopter commercial pilot, having worked in the Mackenzie and South Westland regions, and is currently the Safety Manager for Heliservices.NZ
Callum McGlinchy
AviationSMS Consultant
Callum has held a passion for Aviation as long as he can remember.
He trained in Christchurch before progressing into General Aviation jobs with Skydiving NZ and Soundsair. From there he flew with Pionair on the Convair 580 throughout Australia and New Zealand, a highlight of his career.
Callum then spent 12 years at Virgin Australia with Line Checking and Training experience.
Callum has held Senior Person Security roles and has an interest in training and projects. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Business and Marketing and has undertaken fuel saving and business efficiency projects for Pionair and Virgin.
A long time friend and colleague of Evan he is pleased to now be working Qaosh Services and contributing to their high quality services.
Murray Vincent
AviationSMS Consultant
A love of aviation runs in Murray's family, and this led to his first flying lesson at age 17. His professional career commenced as a flying instructor in Wellington before returning to the South Island to join Milford Sound Scenic Flights. Murray joined the world of multi engine IFR Flying with Fieldair Freight on the Douglas DC-3 before proceeding to Ansett NZ as a First Officer in 1988.
Now with over 20 000 flying hours, Murray is privileged enough to have flown the DHC8, BAe146 and various models of the Boeing 737, most recently as Check Captain with Virgin Australia.
Murray has extensive experience in Check and Training, Simulator Instructing and facilitation of ground courses and holds CAA NZ Part 121 and 125 Airline Flight Examiner Ratings, and has previously held Senior Person roles with Southern DC-3
Dave Bargh
AviationSMS Consultant
Dave has had a life time interest in aviation, from gaining a PPL through the Marlborough Aero Club in the early 80s to more than 30 years of cross divisional airline industry experience; working throughout NZ, Australia and the Pacific.
Dave has particular interest in Airports, Network Support, Safety and Quality Assurance, Risk Analysis and Change Management, RFP and contract negotiations
Jacob Pearce
AviationSMS Support
Jacob has been supported our consultancy team since mid 2018 and has worked as Cabin Crew for Virgin Australia as well holding a tertiary level of qualification.
He has a passion in exposition writing and safety management, and has worked with a number of parts 135, 141 and 137 organizations to help them achieve CAA Certification.
Jacob is looking to further his skills by undertaking CAA SMS courses and finishing his PPL and eventually CPL
Lee MacGillivray
Te Anau-Manapouri Airport Operations Manager

Lee started working in the aviation industry for Air Fiordland in 1994 where she had a variety of different roles ranging from Flight Coordinator and ground handling for the Manapouri Airport, as well as Quality Assurance with us at QAOSH.
When Air Fiordland’s Te Anau base moved out to the new Te Anau-Manapouri airport terminal, Lee’s role changed to include more airport duties.
Lee has now been looking after the daily running of the airport for over a decade, and brings airport operations experience to the QAOSH AviationSMS team.
